This First Session:

When you book this today, you’ll be starting with the first 1-2-1 with Emily, to explain what you want your life to look like.

There are no strings attached. If you choose not to go further with the coaching, that’s fine. Do what feels right, for you.

Bespoke coaching for you can include but is not limited to:

·       This initial 1-2-1 consultation with Emily to hear about You and Your Life and what you want to achieve, which you can book today, right here.

·       Following weeks: A bespoke plan created just for you, to last over a period of set weeks to create the change you seek.

·       Making changes together. A shared experience. Unlike other life coaches, who set a plan and leave you to ‘go it alone’, I will be on the journey with you. Undertaking similar challenges. Let’s create progress together!

·       No cheesy stuff, just pure, intentional and intuitive work, as your guide, we will work through this together.

Tarot cards will be used as an aid, as well as Oracle cards and other coaching techniques such as mind maps, journaling and visualisation (if you wish not to use any materials, please just let me know and we will remove those). 

Length of session: 60 mins.

Where Tarot is used: This is to discuss what comes up and what emotions/energies are around you.

Eg what energy is around them now or what’s coming up in the next 3 wks, 12 months etc. I work with a bright, light positive energy only.
